Calling GOP . . . Is Anyone Listening?

Dear GOP Strategy Committee: If you nominate Sarah Palin as your GOP nominee for 2012, millions of Independents (such as myself) will simply not vote. Haven't you figured out why you lost in 2008?

People simply could not stomach the idea of Sarah Palin becoming President. Even the remote chance that McCain might meet an untimely end, pushing Palin into the Presidency, was enough to motivate millions of us to vote for Obama.

Do you really need to learn the same lesson . . . again?

Give 'ole Sarah a nice, cushy job someplace and ask her politely to step aside (or shove her aside, whatever you have to do).

WE (Independents) WON'T VOTE FOR PALIN . . . is that clear enough? And, if you can't get us, you can't win. So . . . pick someone else.

  1. Some old timer in the gop machine is still calling the shots and no matter what anyone else says, he's not budging. Some of the people who prepped Palin for the debate wrote a book about how bad she was and how even though she seemed like a complete idiot in the debate, she had been completely clueless beyond all belief before she had been briefed on what to say.

I always feel like I'm a bigot from saying bad things about Palin, but she's a bad example of woman leaders. There are tons of women CEO's and in both political parties who are all better than Palin tenfold, but the GOP just decided to pick the one who looked the most like a masthead for the party (now moreso that she had plastic surgery) in effect making her a parody of all women, pretty and provincial; very demeaning.
